Cancellation.

Direct Connection

Because FindMyCloth is a discovery platform, "Orders" usually initiate via a WhatsApp inquiry or a showroom visit. However, if you've used a platform-specific inquiry tool, cancellations follow these rules:

Pre-Inquiry Validation

You can cancel an inquiry at any time. If you decide not to visit the showroom, simply inform the merchant via the chat thread.

Post-Visit Purchase

Once a physical purchase is made at a Hosapete showroom, the merchant's in-store cancellation policy applies.

Boutique Guarantee.

We protect the discovery intent. If a merchant showroom is consistently unable to fulfill inquiries, they are reviewed and potentially removed from the elite archive.

Refund
Protocol.

Refunds for purchases made at a showroom are handled directly by that boutique. FindMyCloth ensures that every merchant on the platform adheres to fair commerce practices.

  • Defective Items

    Merchants are required to provide a full refund or exchange for any defective boutique pieces reported within 24 hours.

  • Size Swaps

    Subject to stock availability at the physical location in Hosapete.
